Morri Creative ("we", "us", "our") is a marketing and creative studio based in Auckland, New Zealand, serving clients in Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and worldwide. This policy explains what personal information we collect through morricreative.com, how we use it, and your rights. - Contact details: your name and email address (and phone number if you choose to share it) when you fill in a form, download our free brand strategy brief, book a call or contact us.

- Payment details: when you buy a service such as a content audit, your payment is processed securely by our payment providers (for example Wix Payments, Stripe or PayPal). We do not see or store your full card details.

- Booking and project information you share with us, such as your business name, social media handles and goals.

- Website usage data: our website platform (Wix) uses cookies and similar technology to collect information such as your browser type, pages visited and general location, to keep the site secure and understand how it is used.

- To deliver the services you have purchased or booked, and to communicate with you about them.

- To send you the resources you request, such as the brand strategy brief.

- To send you occasional marketing emails, if you have agreed to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.

- To process payments, issue invoices and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

- To improve our website and services.

3. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with trusted service providers who help us run our business, such as our website host (Wix), payment processors and email marketing tools. These providers may store data outside New Zealand, and we take reasonable steps to make sure they protect it to a comparable standard.
